I approach all projects the same, no matter how big or small, including office relocation planning. They all require careful planning, execution, and follow-up.
**Planning** - I will meet with you and your team to discuss project requirements, scope of work, scheduling restrictions or deadlines, and identify potential obstacles. I will create a detailed relocation plan that includes a proposed schedule, number of trucks and crews, and labor hours required to complete the work. We offer different pricing options depending on the situation—Fixed Flat Fees, Not to Exceed, or Hourly pricing, which can be particularly useful for liquidation projects.
**Execution** - I firmly believe that knowledge is power. Having prior knowledge of the task at hand allows my team to manage your office moving project safely and efficiently. That’s why, for most move projects, I will bring one of our ten Commercial Project Managers to meet with your team. This ensures that ABLE's project management team, who will be on-site during your move, has the opportunity to understand the task at hand, rather than arriving 'cold' on move day. Scheduling a pre-move visit allows our Project Manager to meet you and your team and double-check the plan and equipment we have scheduled. On move day, ABLE Office Moving's team will arrive, prepare, and protect the items being moved, safely load, transport, deliver, and install according to plan. Once the move is completed, our Project Manager will walk through both the origin and destination with your representative to ensure all items were moved and are in their correct location in the new space. All building protection and debris generated by the move will be cleaned up and removed, and our Project Manager will conduct one last check to see if anything needs attention before our crew leaves.
**Follow-up** - Communication after the move is just as important as the planning and execution steps. I strive to follow up with every customer within 2 to 5 days following each move to ensure nothing was missed and that you are satisfied with the project's outcome and the service we provided.
